Breakfast is served in Wild’s Café Bistro 7am-10am daily.
We have a limited number of travel cots available on a complimentary basis, subject to availability. Please request a travel cot at the time of booking so we can confirm availability for your stay.
Yes, all our family rooms can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children.
If, for any reason, you would like to amend or extend your booking after it has been confirmed, Wild Life Group Ltd t/a Hex Wildlife Hotel will use all reasonable endeavours to assist you but cannot guarantee to meet any such requests.
Whilst most flexible bookings can be amended, subject to availability, please be aware that all rates are based on the arrival date and length of stay booked. Amending your booking may result in a higher nightly rate than originally booked.
As per the terms and conditions of your booking, all non-refundable rates are non-amendable and non-transferable.
We offer flexible and non-refundable rates which have different cancellation policies:
Flexible rates - Free cancellation on or before 16:00 local hotel time the day prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged in full for the first night of the stay.
Non-refundable rates - 100% of the reservation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation or if you should depart early for any reason.
Due the nature of our business only service animals are permitted.
Yes Hex Wildlife Hotel has designated hotel guest parking in the Short Stay 2 section of The Yorkshire Hive car park.
Yes, a member of our team will always be on hand to assist.
There are designated smoking areas located outside the Hotel in The Yorkshire Hive.
We operate a 100% NO SMOKING or VAPING policy inside the hotel premises. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms (including balconies) and public areas. If you are caught smoking in your room, or there is evidence of smoking in your room, a £150 fine will be applied to your bill to cover the cost of fumigating and servicing the room after departure.
Our reception team are available 24/7, you are more than welcome to stop by and check for room availability.
All our guestrooms are ensuite and include tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, laptop safe, and 43” FHD Smart TV for your use during your stay.
Yes, housekeeping are available mid morning to early afternoon. If you would prefer not to have your room serviced you will find a ‘Do Not Disturb’ door hanger in your room which can be left on your bedroom door so we don’t disturb you during your stay.
The Yorkshire Hive is a continuously evolving area, and the building of the conference centre and hotel expansion is ongoing. However, we have measures in place to ensure the building work disruption is minimal.
Unfortunately, we do not have this service available.
Located at the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park, The Yorkshire Hive can be found right at the very heart of England, with fantastic transportation links by road, rail and air. The Yorkshire Hive is just a short drive from major routes on the A1, M1 and M18 and is convenient for the east coast mainline rail linking London and Edinburgh via Doncaster.
Payment procedures vary dependent on the rate package you choose to book.
Flexible Rates – A credit card is required to secure your reservation and to confirm card validity at the time of booking, the payment is taken during your stay at the hotel.
Non-Refundable Rates - Full prepayment is taken at the time of booking, Hex Wildlife Hotel may contact you directly to verify your details.
Yes, we offer complimentary WIFI throughout Hex Wildlife Hotel.
Whilst we are unable to provide baby food at the Hotel, you will find microwaves located in the Watering Holes on each floor of the Hotel for you to prepare your own baby food.

Wilds Café Bistro is open from 7am-Late 7 days a week.
Yes, all of the catering outlets nearby can cater to dietary requirements.
Please specify any dietary requirements when booking your table or on arrival at the restaurant.
No, Wilds Bistro is open to both the public and Hotel guests.
We recommend reserving a table in advance at Evolution restaurant as tables book up fast. To reserve your table, click here.
All other restaurants and cafés on site do not require a booking.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park and the Yorkshire Hive
Yes, tickets are required for Yorkshire Wildlife Park however, we do offer stay packages with Wildlife Park tickets included. To book your visit as a package, click here.

Yes, the Hive is free to enter for everyone and is the perfect place to browse independent stores and grab a bite to eat.
